Welcome to Farmaround

Working with small English organic growers and cooperatives in the Mediterranean, we deliver assorted selections of seasonal organic produce to customers across London, Greater London and some of the Home Counties. We deliver to different postcodes on different days of the week. We are a small, ethical, and independent company established in 1994, pioneers of the very first organic box scheme. We are longstanding campaigners for animal rights, sustainability and the natural world - at the heart of all we do.
We have a wonderful community of likeminded customers, many of whom have been with us since our early days.

Creating your Account

Put in your delivery address, email address and contact phone numbers. Add your payment details, which are securely stored by Stripe. You will only have to enter these details once. Payment is taken the morning before your delivery day. If you are a Wednesday customer ( delivery Tuesday night into Wednesday ) payment will be taken on Tuesday morning. If a Thursday customer ( Wednesday night into Thursday ) it will be taken Wednesday morning and if a Friday customer ( delivery Thursday night into Friday ), it will be thursday morning.

Include details of where to leave your produce if you are unavailable ( asleep ) - for example: in the porch; behind a wall. Some customers leave containers out to put their produce in or provide us with codes or fobs to get into their blocks.

You are under no obligation and can amend, suspend or cancel your order at any time.

Your Delivery

When you first register or log in with your email address and postcode it will show you your delivery day. The order cut-off time will be at 11pm on Monday for Wednesday deliveries ( Tuesday night into Wednesday morning ), 11pm on Tuesday for Thursday deliveries ( Wednesday night into Thursday morning ) and 11pm Wednesday for Friday deliveries ( Thursday night into Friday morning ).

Our drivers deliver in the early hours to beat the traffic and to enable you to get your order in before leaving for work. Once established on a route, you will have a named driver and it will usually be the same driver each week.

We are plastic-free and keep packaging to a minimum. Your order will be delivered in recyclable paper sacks which we re-use and should be left out for your driver to collect.

Start Shopping

Set up a Weekly or Fortnightly order, or you can simply order as and when required. If a regular order, we will deliver to you automatically each week / fortnight. But you can of course change your order or suspend it or cancel it at any time.

We have lots of assorted selections of organic produce bags to choose from to suit most household sizes and diets. The contents change each week according to season and availability. Or you could create a bespoke Pick Your Own bag.

There are extras you can add including our own brand Hen Nation organic eggs: the most animal welfare friendly eggs available.

There is a minimum order value £12.50 + £2.99 delivery charge

Tailor Your Order - Likes and Dislikes

Our new website allows you to 'thumbs up' your likes and 'thumbs down' your dislikes. Should the contents of your regular bag contain a 'dislike' we will swap it for something you do like.

You will receive an email prompt each week to let you know your order deadline is approaching, enabling you to make any changes. You can log on and makes swaps if you so desire.

We will always endeavour to bring you a wonderful variety of produce each week, the very best the season and our growers have to offer.

In our selections we always bear in mind the nutrient contents to provide you with a broad spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals.

With your order comes our no-quibble guarantee to refund you for anything you aren't completely happy with. If you're not happy, we're not happy.
